H1B from company A, initiated Transfer to Company B and back to Company A

I have H1 B approved from Company A and travelled to US, but did not get any role after landing in US . After a month i got an opportunity with company B and initiated H1B transfer and working for a client  on H1B receipt and new LCA being filed from company B. Now my old company A got back asking  me to join. Can i join back my old company  after getting to withdraw my H1 B application from company B?
