Urgent Help, Lost Indian Passport with H1-B visa. How can I get back into the US

Members, please advise. While on vacation in Greece, our(wife and I) Indian passports with valid H1-B visas were stolen. What do we need to do to return back to the US ?

1) Can we quickly get new passports from the Indian embassy in Athens ?

2) Will we be able to get our US visas stamped at the consulate in Athens ?

Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
