Kbhandu
I got a DUI in 2013 and then went for a visa interview in 2017. The Mumbai consulate returned my passport and asked me to go to the health and psychological check in their choice of clinic. All was done as recommended, and I submitted my document with my passport. I finally got the visa. Fast forward to 2023, my stamp is expired, and I want to go back to stamp it again—the question I have ( came across filling DS160). 1. Should I say "yes" when asked if "my visa was denied/ declined in the past"? 2. I am getting a drop box option. Is Dropbox is safe, or should I go for an interview? Quote Link to comment
Attorney_20
In this case it does not sound like the visa was denied, so you can say "no" to that question. You can apply for dropbox but they may call you in for an interview. And of course, you should still answer "yes" to the question about arrest/citation/charges. Quote Link to comment
