She just got 221g slip in mail, they are asking for husband valid visa copy , my visa stamp(H1B) has expired on 01/01/2023 , but already submitted latest I797 which is valid till 2025. They have asked her appear for interview in-person What should i do now? , Since i did not leave US after visa stamp expiry I do not have valid visa stamp in passport Quote Link to comment

You do not need a valid visa for her to get the H4 visa stamp; you just need to be maintaining H1B status in the U.S. based on the approved I-797. Quote Link to comment
