Filling N-400 application for naturalization with Arrest Record [In 2003]

Hi,

I was arrested back in Dec 2003 for retail theft. The same day I paid 10% bond and was released in few hours [until they took pictures and fingerprints]. 

Jan 2004 - PLEA ACCEPTED. No Judgment of conviction was entered at that time. I was placed on 1 YEAR court supervision.

Jan 2005 - CASE was DISMISSED.

Now [Nov 2023], I am willing to filling for N-400 application and would need your help or advice to fill below information's on part 12 [question - 22 to 29].

 

I would appreciate your kind help in this matter. Please help me what should select on each above selection?
