Automatic Revalidation for USA to Mexico Round trip that stops at Castaway cay

I am planning to take 6 days round trip cruise from Fort Everglades (Florida, USA) that travels to Cast away cay and Mexico and comes back to port Everglades. I am a H1B applicant with valid i94 document with expired visa on the passport. Do you see any concerns to use the Automatic revalidation (AVR) while returning USA on the roundtrip cruise.

I am specifically asking this question, because I heard mixed responses for Bahamas. The castaway cay is Disney's private island leased from Bahamas govt. so totally confused with the legality with AVR. Please help in this regard.
