taxfile82 Posted November 3, 2023 Report Share Posted November 3, 2023 Hello We have an upcoming travel and I had a question I and my wife have an EAD from my company valid till Oct 2024 I and my wife have an EAD from her company valid till Feb 2024.. Her company applied for our both EAD renewals.. while my EAD via her company was renewed, her application has been denied (waiting for the reason).. can she travel using my company's EAD?? My GC priority date is Nov 2012 and hers is Jan 2013 Has anyone been in this situation before? appreciate any response TIA Quote Link to comment
