Visa appointment booked for H4 stamping while H1 pending. H1 approved, Can I attend same visa appointment?

Hi, 

I have previously been on H1 and moved to H4. My H4 visa expires in Mar-2023.My employer filed H1B visa and we were told it is taking longer than usual for H1 processing.

We have a booked a visa appointment on H4 visa type. However, H1 got approved and now my new visa type is H1B which voids H4 visa . The visa appointment application holds me as Dependent and my husband as Primary appliant. I am eligible for dropbox in both cases.

Is there any way to keep the exisitng visa appointment and use it for H1B stamping instead of H4. Please advice and share my options.
