They got an interview date at the NVC in Mumbai on Sept 8, 2023. In preparation for the interview, they did the medical exam and my dad had to undergo further testing. I was told by the CMM to re-schedule the interview. A month before the interview, I sent several emails to request re-schedule their interview the support-india@usvisascheduling.com and support-india@ustraveldocs.com. I have not heard from any of them. Last week we got a call from CMM that my dad cleared the additional tests and we should travel to the US immediately. How can I reschedule the NVC interview?
