Shivayya Posted October 28, 2023 Report Share Posted October 28, 2023 (edited) Hi, I have applied for H-1B in 2021 for FY 2022. That case was denied as employer failed to respond to 221G. After that I moved to UK and I didn't carry my certificates here including previous H-1B approval copy. Now, I have filed H-1B petition for FY 2024. Do I need to have all the original copies (educational, experience letters, approval copies) in hand for consulate interview in London? Or Xerox copies are enough?
