What are the other options to continue in USA after 2 years? One of my friends advised me to request my company to start H1B visa processing for the next year cap with consular processing. My question is if I get the pick in next year H1B cap and approved, Shall I work here on L1A until my L1A expires on August 2025 and go back to India, get stamped with H1B consular visa and return to USA?
