My EB2 (India) I-140 is approved with a PD of 9-Feb-2012. In the latest bulletin (Nov 2023), my EB2 DOF is current but FAD is 39 days away. Also EB3 FAD is current for my PD. Should I stay in my lane or downgrade and file in EB3? I understand that neither option gives me a guaranteed green card in the next year or so due to the huge backlog, but just want confirmation from the forum to calm my nerves a bit.
