Hello All 

Subject : Time taken for I485 Receipt, Approval and Green card EB3 India - Oct 2023. 

The I485 AOS application (with medical) was filed in EB3 Category for me and spouse on 13th Oct 2023. My priority date is Mar 20, 2012.

1. By when should I expect receipt for the filing and Biometric interview done ? 

2. Any estimates on by when I should have a Green card in-hand if all goes normally without RFE ?

3. Also, I have an approved I140 for both EB2 and EB3 category, which one is moving faster at this point ? My lawyer suggested EB3 potentially will get decisioned faster. Please advise
