We renewed H1, H4 and H4 EAD last week in premium processing and today I got approval notice for H4 EAD from Feb 29 2024 till Oct 2026. So now I have a gap of 2.5 months where I can’t work. I searched internet for this scenario but I don’t see how I can fix this. Appreciate any guidance and thanks for your replies! Quote Link to comment
Attorney_24 Posted October 23, 2023 Report Share Posted October 23, 2023 To clarify, the H-1B/H4 approval lists a correct start date but EAD validity start date is the later date? Assuming it is a USCIS error the attorney can contact the premium processing unit or you can place a service request. Quote Link to comment
