vishwa_84 Posted October 18, 2023 Report Share Posted October 18, 2023 I filed my I-485 (EB3 Skilled, India) on May 1st 2023. My PD is June 2011. My case status was changed to "Case Remains Pending and we have stopped working on your visa application as there are no visa available" on Sep 25th, 2023. This happened due to retrogression. My case has become current in Oct bulletin (both EB2 and EB3) but my case status hasn't changed. I am eligible for interfiling to EB2 (I have approved EB2 I-140). I am wondering if I should wait for my approval under EB3 or interfile to EB2? Please advise. Quote Link to comment
