My uncle is the petitioner and my father is main applicant. Since the process was too long I came to the states by a j1 visa (multiple entry) a year ago for which I was not subject of two years home residency. I got an email from embassy in Turkey requesting my passport and my father’s passport 2 months ago. We went to turkey and sent the passport and medical last week and today they sent an email saying they are sending my passport back (Not my dad’s documents) without any explanation.
