MM77 Posted October 17, 2023 Report Share Posted October 17, 2023 I am on H1B and my H1B visa is valid till July 2024. My wife who is on H4 EAD with validity till July 2024. I recently got laid off and searching for another job. I am in the grace period of 60 days. If I get a another H1B sponsor, can my wife's H4 EAD renewal which is due in 2/3 months be applied using my old Company I140 approved petition? Or It can be applied with my new employer's I140 document? Quote Link to comment
