Now looking for new employment, question is 1. if new employer is ready to file new or H1b transfer or reinstate - will I be exempted from regular Mar to Oct timeframe? 2. If yes, as I do not have the copy (i797b or c) from prior employer to provide, is that still ok to be exempted? Quote Link to comment
