We received revocation on it because we were late in filing amendment because we changed our home location and that is our work location as we work remotely. My husband employer fixed it by refiling his H-1B under consular processing. We as family travelled to India and got it stamped and reentered US. I have my H4 EAD on which I am working. Will this refiling make my EAD inactive? Do I need to file my H4 EAD again with this latest H-1B petition of my husband? Thanks Quote Link to comment
