H4 VISA from Ex-Employer got Approved but denied with Current Employer. Can i go for VISA Stamping with H4 EAD Approved Letter?

Hi,

I used to work with Comp A on Approved H1B and they also filed H4 for my wife in Sep 2021. However, I resigned and joined another Comp B( Current Employer) after 3 months in Dec 2021 on a new H1B approval. My Current Employer also filed an H4 VISA for my wife. Unfortunately, I received a denial letter stating "Your H4 VISA is declined as your previous H4 VISA(Ex Employer) is already in approved status". At the same time, H4 EAD with my current employer is approved.

Another tricky situation here is that my Ex- Employer is saying they never received H4 approval notice from USCICS.

 

Question: Can my wife go for a VISA Stamping(Drop Box) with H4 EAD Approval Notice and an H4 Denial Letter stating -the old H4 was approved (Point to be noted: I don't have H4 Approval document from my ex employer)?
