Came US on H4 visa 2022 & now on Oct'2023 H1 got approved ( employer out of project)

 Came on H4 2022 & now on Oct'2023  H1 got approved

I  have my (i797)i94 hardy / soft copy but employer couldn't provide a project what can i do now.

 

Can i switch employer what all docs & procedure is required ( without pay stubs pay checks generated  as of now)

Will i be paid by them as mentioned or if not what can i do here.

 

Will my H4 be on stake as well then ( pay not provided)
