H1B trying to create a product for future startup and LLC registration

I have few friends with an idea of a software product. I want to be a part of it and work on it in my free time. Would that be a problem for my H1b. and also we want to register an LLC to make sure we have equal share if we are able to launch the company in the future and generate profits. this will not be done during the regular business hour. of course we will not be profitable or even get money until we finish the product.

This kind of activity would violate your H1B status.  It is okay for you to have ownership interest in a startup company but you cannot work for it while on H1B status with another employer.
