H4 stamped but mistakenly worked on h1b

My Wife entered USA on h4 stamped visa in feb 2022. She got her h1b lottery picked up in apr 2022 and approved on sept 2022. She worked on h1b from sept to dec2022

In december 2022 , we took a vacation and entered without stamping H1B  thinking she already has a valid H4 stamped visa and she doesnt need this.

Now she worked from dec2022 to sept2023 thinking she has valid H1b.

Our immigration Lawyers corrected us when we tried yo apply for her h4 change of status and EAD telling that she is in H4 and not H1b.

She stopped working immediately.  We rentered country in sept2023 on H4.

Will she working from dec2022 to sept2023 effect her immigration in future.

If yes, how can we fix this.
