Hello, I had a F1 visa and recently hot my h1b petition approved, could anyone please let me know if I can get h1b visa stamped for the first time in Bahamas or Barbados? 

The following link says you cannot for Bahamas but I wanted to confirm if any info wasn't updated.

For Barbados, it's says a non resident tcn can apply but only limited appointments are available, I wanted to make sure before I go ahead with this option.
