But a company X agreed to do Future Perm and I-140 processing for me. Once we recieved the approval in Sep 2022, my current company Y(which i am workng outside US) offered and used that approval and applied for H1B extension based approved I140 from company X. I have now been back in US for 6 months, but recieved a notice today saying that my I-140 application was revoked by company X. Note, I never joined company X. What are my options now to move forward? and how to know whe it was exactly filed for withdrawal? Is it going to impact my current H1b that is based on that I140? Quote Link to comment
