Hello all,

Would appreciate if someone can provide information regarding H4 visa and H4 EAD.

a) How long will it take to get H4 visa from India.

b) After getting H4 visa, Is it possible to get H4 EAD from India and how long will it take.

c) I already have my H1 I-140 approved but my H1 got expired, will this H1 I-140 help to get H4 EAD.

d) After getting H4 EAD, can I start working immediately if I get a job.
