getvikas8 Posted September 28, 2023 Report Share Posted September 28, 2023 Hi Team, I have filed H1, H4 and H4 EAD renewal concurrently (all together) with h1 in premium. I have got my H1 approved within a week. But H4 and H4EAD are still pending. My spouse EAD is expiring on Oct 27. Is she eligible for Auto EAD extension? Current i-94 is expiring on 10/27 . If she is not eligible then, what are the way to be eligible for auto renewal. Should make a short trip to India and come back with stamping for myself and my spouse. Please help me with suggestions.
