winner001 Posted September 28, 2023 Report Share Posted September 28, 2023 I am on H1B since oct 2017 and got my I-140 approved of priority date 2018 with Company A. I have moved to company B in May 2022. My perm and I140 are not yet filed from Company B. I have my stamping valid up to May 2025 with Company B. I am planning to resign from company B and take a break of 1 year(till Oct 2024) to stay in India for family reasons. Once I plan to comeback in Oct 2024, Can i get a new Job and get my H1B transferred and travel to USA? Should i go for stamping again? What will be the validity of H1B i get with the new company (Company C) as Perm and I140 are not filed from Company B? Can you please advice? Quote Link to comment
