Can i file H1B again after OPT expiration...very urgent

Hi All,

I have applied my H1 B 2 months past. On June 8, i see denial notice when i checked case status. I am already done with my opt extension by 12 June. But i got another job offer in hand. Can i work for new job and apply for my H1B again? Please share with me some options. I am not eligible for cap gap also since my opt expired. Please advise me.

But those colleges were not offering cpt in the first semesters. Do you have any idea who offers cpt in the first semester? if so please let me know.
