My current H4 EAD is expiring in Oct 2023, My spouse's H1b extension is in progress with uscis and received RFE.


When should I file for H4 EAD?
Can I work on H4 EAD beyond the expiry date (Oct 10, 2023)? 

Can I file for H4 EAD extension before H1b gets approved? If yes, can i file h4 ead without the I797 notice?
