Applying for GC while working on concurrent H1B

I’m currently working for two companies while on H1B.  Company A- Full Time, Company B - Part Time on concurrent H1B. I want to file my GC with my full time company A.
While filling PERM application with  company A, do I need to mention part time work that I am doing with company B?

I don't want to share my part time job information with company A.  Is there any step where company A would come to know about my part time job ?
If I not declare my parttime job on PERM application, will it create any problem for  me.

The new ETA 9089 format only requires listing experience you are using to qualify for the position.
