I130 has been approved, can the experts provide some insight how long more is the wait? Applicant is from ROW (Malaysia)

Hello,

In order for an applicant for permanent residency to be approved, the appropriate priority date must be current on the final action chart of the current month's visa bulletin. In order for a date to be considered current, the priority date must be prior to the date listed on the chart. Presently, priority dates for ROW F2B have reached September 22, 2015.
