H4 Visa stamping and Passport Validity

Hi,

I am on H4 Visa, going to India. Will have to go for H4 Visa stamping in India along with my husband who is on H1.

My passport is valid for 6 months and 10 days from the date of my H4 visa interview.

1.Will I be good with the Visa stamping and getting visa?

2.When I travel to US, I will have 1 day less than 6 months in my passport, can I leave India and enter US?

3.When I enter US and if on the I94 they put the expiry date as per my passport, what is procedure to extend the I94?
