Can dependents of EB3 GC apply for naturalization directly?

My dependent spouse, daughter and I got EB3 GC in 2020.

I understand we can apply for naturalization once we complete 5 years, but my question is, can my spouse and daughter apply for naturalization without me as I don’t want to apply for some more years?  Will this cause any issue for them in getting naturalization?

Can someone throw some light on this?

Yes, as long as they independently meet the requirements for naturalization, your spouse and child may apply for naturalization without the need for you to also naturalize.
