Immigration Status after 21 years of Age For Disability Persons

I am on H1b and my son is 20 years old and Autistic(on H4-Dependent) and attending special needs school. i came to know that he can not be on H4 when he cross 21

What are the options I have for him to stay after 21 years?

You can try to see if he can change to F1 status while attending the special needs school.  Talk to the school to see if this is an option they are able to explore. Have you started the green card process yet?

I appreciate the update. I am in the process of getting my green card (my priority date is 2019). The staff at his high school said they cannot issue an i20 for him.
