Srachaputi Posted September 8 Report Share Posted September 8 I am on H1b and my son is 20 years old and Autistic(on H4-Dependent) and attending special needs school. i came to know that he can not be on H4 when he cross 21 What are the options I have for him to stay after 21 years?
