I did concurrent filling for I-485 I-130 I-131 and I-765 in which I got approved in I-765 and I received my EAD card. Also I have responded and submitted request for evidence to USCIS for medical. However, since it is likely there will be an interview you can check the processing times for your local USCIS office. This will give you a more accurate approximation. Quote Link to comment
