H1B Transfer package returned for missing check

Hi,

I joined a new job after H1B transfer package was mailed out. They processed premium processing. but unfortunately, the package was returned because one check was missing for i-129. USCIS wanted to resend the package with correct fees.

 

Can I continue my employment? If not, will I go out of status after 60 days based on my previous employment.

Are you still within your grace period, will the refiling be timely filed? You should probably speak directly with your U.S. immigration attorney as the advice and analysis of your situation may be nuanced.
