For H4 Visa, Marriage certificate is mandatory. But we have a challenge here, please let me know if this will cause any problem. In Marriage certificate, she has her before marriage name (maiden name) and after marriage name (with my surname). Her passport is having her maiden name, but my name is listed in her passport as spouse which tells that we are married. Please let us know will this cause any issue for H4 Visa stamping.
