tej0501 Posted August 21, 2023 Report Share Posted August 21, 2023 Hi Respected Sir/Madam, I am currently on an H1B visa and am six months pregnant. My mother is on a B2 visa and visited me in April. Her I94 is valid until September. My sister is in Canada. We are planning to apply for a B2 extension for my mother and have a few questions regarding her extension: What can be the subject of her extension application? Can she travel to Canada for one month and then return to the US? Can she travel to India for one month and then return to the US and stay for 6 months, even while her B2 extension is pending or without applying extension? Thank you. Quote Link to comment
