CBP denied boarding the flight at Hyd airport

Hi there- CBP denied my on boarding saying that my H1B visa is invalid though I have visa stamping valid till 2025. I have Advance Parole too. Can I use AP to on board the flight? How to get clearance from CBP to use AP? Appreciated any help

Generally, if one is denied boarding a flight because of an invalid visa, which is unexpired on the face of it, it is because the visa has been revoked. One would need to contact the consulate for more information or check through emails, including spam, to see whether there was any notice provided. While one can try using an Advance Parole to board a flight, there is a risk that CBP will refuse the person entry to the US which in most instances risks an expedited removal order and a 5 year bar. Normally, the only way to avoid such a penalty is by travelling through a country that has a CBP preclearance station where one can present their Advance Parole to CBP without and before actually entering the US.
