Recently she changed her status from H4 to F1, got approved, started studying and begin to work on CPT. Recently she went to India and did the Dropbox where she got form 221g to appear for an interview. When she went for the visa interview, the interviewer asked about my job details and rejected her application. Can she apply for an F1 visa again? what are the chances of getting it approved? Or is it better to try initiating for H4 Visa as my dependent? Quote Link to comment
