H1 transfer to different employer but same client project

Hi,

My current work model is Employer A -> Client A. I have found a new employer willing to file H1 transfer for same client / project / role, but better pay. So new work model will be Employer B -> Client A. Can this raise any issues during transfer process, considering everything with regards to end client is remaining the same?

If the work is being done at the physical client location, it's possible USCIS may question whether it is a bona fide job offer but generally speaking, USCIS doesn't question the end client projects and right to control issues since 2020.
