ksivasub Posted August 5, 2023 Report Share Posted August 5, 2023 Hello My immigration visa was approved at mumbai consulate but when I received my passport bundle in courier there is a yellow envelope marked 'DO NOT OPEN' unfortunately the envelope was not completely sealed, one side of the envelope is not sealed and completely open and there is a diagonal cut at one of its edge. Please let me know if this is normal, if not how to get this envelope sealed again? Can I go to mumbai or chennai consulate w/o appointment ? or How to get a appointment for this ? Please advise.
