santroz Posted July 31, 2023 Report Share Posted July 31, 2023 Hi, I have my currently on H-1B in the USA. My stamped visa expired last year but I have my new/updated I-797 valid until May 2025. My question is : Can I go to Canada to get my H-1B visa stamped? I have a master's degree from a US university, have I140 and have been working in the USA for more than 13 years.
