I accepted a plea agreement for M4 Disorderly Conduct after talking to the criminal lawyer and immigration lawyer. I informed my employer, which is a banking Giant. I have completed my DV class and completed my probation. I got my H1B extension approved, which my employer filed, without any RFE. I am now planning to go to India to visit my family. I'll hire an immigration lawyer to help me in this process (Going to India and Visa stamping). If anyone has gone through a similar experience, if he/she can advise me would be helpful.
