J1 Hardship waiver

Hello everyone   

I filed i612 with uscis on November 4th 2019 after nine months July 22, 2020 uscis put my case on hold and asked for another non-uscis advisory opinion I filed ds3035, ds2019, g28 and statement of reason it’s been pending with DOS since November 2020. At the end of 2022, I was not able to check my status online when I put my case number to check it didn’t show me anything until July 6th, 2023. 

after almost three years DOS posted online “department of state advisory opinion finding closed due to inactivity” I don’t know what doesn’t it mean same day on July 6, 2023 they  added up i612/i613 (received) 

can someone explain it to me please what should I do It has been almost 3 years now, I didn’t get any decision letter from neither of them I am married to a U.S citizen and I already had my interview on March 2, 2021 almost nine months after interview USCIS approved my i130 on November 16, 2021 but denied i485 because of this waiver pending with DOS taking so long!!!!!
