Attorney_15 Posted July 24, 2023 Report Share Posted July 24, 2023 Murthy Law Firm successfully won a federal court judgment for a client to get the Request for Evidence (RFE) on his I-140 issued to him as the Beneficiary because the client filed the I-485J before the RFE was issued. We have also seen a case where this did not happen that we are still fighting. Has anybody who is the Beneficiary on the I-140 Petition gotten an RFE from USCIS issued to directly to them (separate from the Petitioner) after filing the I-485J because of using AC21 Portability?
