B1/B2 Visa extension

1. Hi myself male 61 and my wife 52 have B2 visitors visa ten year multiple entry . My visa is valid till 2026. My wife visa will have to be renewed in June 2024

2. we have been travelling for the past several years and I was leaving within 6 months. My wife in prior years extended two times and got extensions. 

3. Currently  we are in USA from march second week this year and had booked return tickets on sep 4, 2023.

4. Both of us want to extend the trip till January 2024 to attend to birthdays of two grandkids, wedding anniversary of our daughter, and visit more places during thanks giving, Christmas, new year celebrations, attend some of the festivals that are special during December and January 

Will we get extension for four months if we apply
