One Employer- A, applied perm June 2022.. at that time my visa status was F1 and got OPT EAD status

Now i got my H1B approved with different Employer-B, valid from Oct-2023.

ETA 9089 Perm approved with some other employer on March 2023, shall the perm employer can file I-140 with out H1-B
as 9089 contains valid until Sep 12th 2023.

Will the I-140 will be approved without H1-B and job with Employer-A.

If the Employer-A applied for I-140 how soon the candiate need to transfer the H1-B from Employer-B to Employer-A.

The PERM process is for a future job offer. This means that the H1B or other non-immigrant status is not connected to the PERM process. In this situation, the H1B job can be with any employer, provided that the employee intends to work the PERM position at the approval of the green card. However, please note that the PERM and I-140 do not provide status in their own right and non-immigrant status should be maintained until the green card is approved.
