I got a 7th year to 10th year extension with my previous employer. I changed employers in 2022. New employer can start the green card process. Should PERM be filed and I -140 approved with a new employer within 1st 3 years of H1B-extension? Can I get another H1-B extension with my current employer if the PERM and I -140 process is not complete within 3 years after I joined in 2022? Can I change jobs again without completing the PERM and I-140 process with the current employer I joined in 2022? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
